Pia Michell Jensen has decided to join forces with CASA:UNA as of January 2008.
The property portfolio from CASA MICHELL has now been merged with CASA:UNA, and Pia has joined the team of estate agents.
For Pia who has worked with several of the CASA:UNA team before, it it feels like coming home. The future will bring more Pia back to school where she will study to become a Danish registered estate agent. "The time as self-employed estate agent has been great, and I am happy and proud about the trust my clients and property owners have shown me" Pia says.
CASA MICHELL has had great success given the size of the company, and in the new setup it has been important to keep the personal involvement.
More marketing
For CASA MICHELL property owners this means access to more marketing which is important to reach potential buyers. Catalogs, property exhibitions, and advertising in magazines are some of the big costs in this business.
